Chris has finished signing all the books ordered as part of the Big Fix and Mr Materials!

And to send off those books and all the other pledges we need packaging - which has arrived!

Getting ready to deliver

We've just received the first shipment of FixIts packs - the Orange packs and the Black packs. The white packs and the mixed packs will be arriving with us at some point next week hopefully, followed by the gold pack shortly after that. 

 
Thank you all for your patience, we know it's taken us longer than we had hoped! We will begin shipping the black & orange pack pledges, with everyone else's pledges following as soon as possible!

It won't be long now until you get your fix!

Packaging ordered and Post Cards signed

Things are moving faster here at FixIts as we gear up to begin shipping our pledges. We've made the order for all the packaging for shipment, which will be arriving next week. We've also had positive news from our UK manufacturer and expect to be receiving the first packs of FixIts to ship out imminently. 

In the mean time the founders have been busy writing and signing over 500 postcards to our pledges of the ambassador, super ambassador, Mr Materials and The Big Fix. 

 
If you still haven't filled in your BackerKit or Kickstarter survey please do so as soon as you can so as not to delay your shipment. 91% of you have filled your survey and we have now locked those orders down and are processing the information we have to make sure we ship the right stuff to you.

3 days left to complete your backerkit - first glimpse at FixIts packaging - and other updates

Backers! 

We are delighted that 88% of you have completed your BackerKit Surveys. Only 12% of you left. If you don't fill it in it may delay us being able to ship out your pledge if we don't have all the info we need (in which case we'll reach out to you.) If you've lost your survey recover it here - https://fixits.backerkit.com/

On the 10th we'll be locking down all orders on BackerKit. We will then be going through the orders and preparing all the information for in house shipment once we receive the finished FixIts packs from our UK manufacturer. We are aiming to begin shipment of pledges at the end of September but will start shipping as soon as we can. 

We were hoping to be able to deliver earlier but due to the large volume of orders we received through Kickstarter we had to change some things on the production end which has unfortunately effected our initial timeline. We appreciate your patience and are doing everything we can in preparation for shipment so you don't have to wait much longer to get your fix. 

And on that note we wanted to share with you the first glimpse of the FixIts packaging (pre final run) which is sitting on top of some of the stuff that is going to be shipped out to many of our backers.

We've got a chest full of Gold FixIts seals of approval. Here's a sneak peak for the backers who are lucky enough to be getting one of these unique hand made seals. 

On another note a quick reminder to all our backers that we have extended our BackerKit survey to September the 10th at which point we will lock all the pledges and additional orders and start working on getting all the pledges shipped out asap! Only 15% of you or so haven't filled out your BackerKit survey so please do this as soon as is convenient for you if you would like to add-on extra packs to your order, change your delivery address or expedite your shipping.
